Only registered players are permitted to play in TXSportsWaco leagues. All registered members will receive a TXSportsWaco shirt at the 2nd game according to the size in their online player profile*.  Your shirt acts as your TSportsWaco ID and informs our referees that you are a registered member and eligible to participate.

*Late Registrants who sign-up very near or after the start date of a league:​

​

Late registrants who sign up within a day of the league closing date may not, and anyone after the start date will not, have a shirt available at the second game.  Shirts are required and replacements or late shirts will be subject to availability along with a $10 fee. Therefore, if you registered after the league closing date, be careful not to take someone else's shirt from those provided to the team captain.

Regular season:

Participants must wear TXSportsWaco League Shirt to all games. If you do not wear your shirt to a regular season game, a TXSportsWaco referee will ask for ID to confirm paid registration. Failure to ear your League Shirt more than twice per season will result in a deduction of 1 standing point for your team.  Teams that fail to wear TXSportsWaco League Shirts will receive forfeit losses and be subject to removal from the league without refund.

Always bring your ID.  All players can be asked to confirm paid registration.

Playoffs/Championship:

All players are required to wear their league shirt to participate in Playoffs/Championship games. No Shirts. No Play. No Exception.​​

Tournaments:

All players are required to wear their league shirt to participate in Tournaments. Any player who registers within 72 hours of a tournament is not guaranteed an official tournament shirt.

Customization:

Teams are allowed to customize TXSportsWaco League Shirts such as adding text, numbers, images, patches or cutting up along as you adhere to the following requirements:

• No company Names/Logos (contact Play@TXSportsWaco.com for information on adding company logos)

• No Offensive Languages/Images

• No modification or obstructions of TXSportsWaco Logo or design
